L'Amphoré 6 x 75cl (Chasselas)

This Chasselas Grand Cru from old vines is aged with the greatest respect for the wine. Vinified on lees in a terracotta amphora, with virtually no intervention from the wine merchant, this nectar naturally finds its clarity. Bottling takes place during the summer. 
This method of vinification gives this wine a completely different character from traditional Chasselas. It aims to be supple and drinkable, it surprises most consumers with its “charming” side.
