This Chasselas Grand Cru from old vines is aged with the greatest respect for wine. Vinified on lees, with virtually no intervention from the cellar owner, this nectar naturally finds its clarity. Bottling takes place during the summer.
This method of vinification gives this wine a completely different character from traditional Chasselas. It is flexible and easy to drink, it surprises most consumers with its "charming" side.
